Shipping policy

All orders shipped within the continental USA over $200 receive free standard shipping.

Standard Shipping (3-5 business days):

Orders shipped via standard shipping will be processed and shipped as soon as possible and will be received within 3-5 business days. 

*We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events and peak shopping days.

Priority Shipping (1-2 business days):

Once the item is shipped you should expect to receive your item within 1-2 business days with priority shipping. Please note the shipping time is estimated after your order has shipped out of our warehouse, not from the time the order is placed.

Although we provide estimates of the number of days your order will take to arrive, we cannot guarantee your order will arrive within those quoted timeframes. We process and ship most orders within 24 hours. We do not ship on weekends and holidays, which may delay the processing and shipment of your order. Shipping & handling delays, although infrequent, may delay your order.

**Weekends are not counted as shipping days by USPS.

Tracking:

You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number when your order is shipped. If you do not receive your tracking information within 72 hours of purchasing, please send an email to hello@shopelanofeulalia.com

If your order has been shipped and you are experiencing a delay in receiving your order please contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777 for further information. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your packages will arrive on the listed date once the package is in the possession of USPS.

Missing Packages:

  • Please allow 24 hours from the time that USPS shows your package as delivered for your package to arrive.
  • If 24 hours have passed since USPS tracking shows it as delivered, and your package has still not arrived, please reach out to your local post office to ask for geolocation information. This geolocation will show the last place that your package was scanned in by USPS. If the package has been delivered incorrectly, USPS should attempt to recover the package.
  • Please reach out to our customer service team via email, phone. social media messenger or chat within 5 days of the tracking showing that your package has been delivered, with your geolocation information, so that we may further assist.
