General & Pre-Sale Questions

Because of the nature of our boutique, we order very small quantities of the items we carry and do not typically restock those items with the only exception being our bling tees and wine accessories. Once items are sold and out of stock we do not re-order.

Navigate to the item you would like to purchase, select the appropriate size, and click “buy now.” Follow the prompted steps to complete your order.

Make sure you’ve “liked” our Facebook page and are following our Instagram page. We post promo codes there regularly. To pick up your order in store and waive shipping fees enter PICKUP during checkout.

We do everything we can to ensure that your experience at Élan of Eulalia makes your life just a little easier. To cancel your order, please call us within 24 hours of ordering at (510) 585-3526, 7 days a week, 9 a.m.-9 p.m. PST, or email us.

Not all merchandise carried in our retail store or at events is available online. If you are looking for a particular item that you do not see online, please give us a call at (510) 585-3526

We take your security seriously. We implement many layers of safeguards to protect your security and privacy. Our site has security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. All transmissions that include personally identifiable information are protected using the industry standard SSL (secure socket layer) protocol encryption technology to protect against information loss and assure a secure and trusted experience. All payments and transactions are made through PayPal’s gateway for your security. However, it is important to know that no online data transmission can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.



Shipping & Returns

All items are shipped via USPS standard priority mail shipping unless expedited shipping is requested. Shipping rates vary based on weight and size of order.

We do our best to accommodate shipment to anywhere in the U.S. and understand that not all of our customers have traditional/conventional street addresses. To provide the most extensive and protective coverage, our carriers do not ship to Postal Box addresses. However, to best serve and protect you, all Élan of Eulalia orders are delivered to you directly via carrier services.

Select items purchased from Elan of Eulalia may be exchanged within 7 days from date of purchase for the full purchase price. Items purchased online may be exchanged within 10 days from date of purchase. We do not accept returns at this time. All items must be unworn, free of defect and all tags attached and intact.

Store credit will be issued for items exchanged at lower cost.

Please allow 7-10 business days for your exchange to be processed from the date your item is received by Elan of Eulalia.

All Jewelry is final sale and may not be exchanged.

Please email info@elanofeulalia.com for an exhange authorization number and return shipping address.

Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us, and we do everything we can to ensure that your experience with us makes your life a little easier. If an item does not fit, we encourage you to exchange the item within the return policy. We are not accepting refunds at this time. Should you have questions about sizing, please contact us before purchasing.

Yes, all clients are responsible for return shipping and handling charges.

We are committed to quality products. A product with a quality or operational defect that was purchased from Élan of Eulalia can be returned for a refund or exchanged within 10 days of purchase. We will refund the amount you paid for the defective item, and any applicable shipping charges to the payment method you used to place your order.
